The Three Pillars to Finding Your Life Purpose and Achieving Your Goals (and live an happy life)

In my years of experience as a Transpersonal Coach, I’ve discovered that there are three core elements that everyone should focus on for finding their life purpose and achieving their personal and professional goals:

1️⃣ Master Your Mind: The ability to control one’s mind is paramount for living in the present moment. When you master your thoughts, you can engage with the world around you more effectively and make more informed decisions. Mindfulness techniques, meditation, and cognitive behavioral practices can be very helpful in achieving this control.

2️⃣ Develop the Observer: We often react to life’s challenges without truly understanding why we’re doing so. By developing the ‘Observer’ within, you can step back and look at situations objectively. This perspective enables you to act in alignment with your core values and the ‘truth’ as you see it, rather than reacting based on emotions or preconceived notions.

3️⃣ Work on Your Shadow: Our shadow self holds suppressed emotions, unresolved issues, and unconscious beliefs that influence our behavior and decision-making. Working on your shadow through therapy or other self-improvement methods can open doors to making wiser decisions and understanding your deeper motivations.

By focusing on these three pillars, you’re not just surviving; you’re thriving. You’re not just reacting; you’re acting purposefully. So, if you’re looking to find your life purpose and achieve your goals, remember—control your mind, develop the observer within, and work on your shadow.
