Malkuth

The imbalances associated with this sphere are numerous.

The principle of compensation is a major problem in our culture. We compensate for our lack of compassion, of love… but also loneliness… by various means at our disposal. Our lack of romantic or emotional relationships is often compensated by food, drugs (alcohol, cigarettes, cannabis… and other substances), work, games (money or not), social networks, sports…

We can also be pushed to work a lot to please others (lack of recognition). This can lead to stress and anxiety. On the physical level, this can manifest itself through insomnia, general fatigue, but also through compensations, as mentioned above.

Our relationship to the principle of “Beauty” can also lead us to restrict our diet in order to be aesthetically like the “others,” or to exercise excessively just to belong to a certain group of friends.
